COMMUNICATION:  We want to make sure that all of our patients are able to read and understand the information we provide. If you find it hard to read our letters or need someone to support you during appointments please let us know.  We want to know if you need information in braille, large print or audio format, or if you need an interpreter or need any other communication tools.  Please contact the surgery reception for help or advice.

We would like to welcome Dr Gaby Gavins to the Practice.  Dr Gavins is a qualified Doctor who is undertaking some GP Training.  Dr Gavins is being mentored by Dr Jackson.

CARE QUALITY COMMISSION - The surgery has recently been inspected by the CQC.  We are pleased to announce that the surgery has been given a GOOD rating with OUTSTANDING for care of our elderly patients.  To view our report please click on number 1. Repeat Prescription Service

greepillsPlease allow 2 full working days between ordering and collecting repeat prescriptions. Order online via the form on this page (you will need to register for this service), by post or fax or by leaving your repeat prescription request at the surgery. 

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS OVER THE TELEPHONE. 

If you require urgent medication please ring reception during surgery hours. The dispenser will speak to the duty doctor on your behalf to arrange for your medication to be dispensed as soon as possible.

If you have a query regarding your medication please telephone between 9.00am - 12.00 midday so that your query can be actioned the same day.  Queries received after midday will be carried forward to the following day.

If the surgery is closed, please ring the out of hours service on 111 who will advise you about your medication.

THE DISPENSARY IS CLOSED BETWEEN 12.00 - 2.00PM EVERY DAY, EXCEPT WEDNESDAY WHEN IT IS OPEN 8.30- - 4.00PM
